Shane Palmada has 25 years’ experience working in the Education sector. He is passionate about connecting people with purpose, unlocking business potential and progressing innovative solutions that focus on the needs of customers.

Shane has held a number of senior executive roles in various organisations involved in Vocational Education and Training, and has also founded and led a successful Education Software as a Service (SaaS) company. Prior to joining TAFE Queensland, Shane worked as an Asia-Pacific leader for a global professional services firm, focusing on workforce strategy, organisational design and capability development. Shane has been instrumental in leading an innovative educational delivery vision for TAFE Queensland across a number of industry sectors.

Shane holds a Master of Business Administration, Master of Learning Innovation, Postgraduate Diploma in Education, Bachelor of Music (Hons), Licentiate in Music Australia and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
