Grant Radford is the CEO of Box Hill Institute.

Grant has spent more than 25 years in the public sector including executive and management roles at the Department of Defence, Department of Education, and the Department of Treasury and Finance. His experience in the vocational education sector includes appointments at Chisholm Institute as Chief Operating Officer and as the CEO of TAFE Gippsland for four years.

A believer in the transformative power of education, Grant has a passion for lifting the quality of student experience and educational service that TAFE delivers into the VET sector.

As a people focused leader, his strong planning and strategy development skills, are coupled with a strong sense of financial accountability, and rigorous attention to detail.
