sectors, establishing innovative and future focused education solutions to meet industry needs.

Janelle has extensive experience developing and executing strategy for complex operating environments, transforming educational delivery models, managing large, distributed portfolios, and forging strong industry partnerships across multiple sectors and regions.

As the Chief Industry and Education Officer at Bendigo Kangan Institute (BKI), Janelle oversees one of the largest TAFE footprints in Victoria, Australia, spanning both Bendigo TAFE and Kangan Institute. Her role is responsible for ensuring the alignment of BKI’s educational offerings with skills demands, industry and government priorities and oversees industry engagement, business development and product development.
